How the price is built
Four things move the number.
Nothing else does.
No fuel surcharge after loading, no “admin fee” on the invoice. If it is not in the quote, you do not pay it.

Distance & route
Kilometres of the direct run between pick-up and delivery, plus tolls on the way. Extra stops are priced separately.

Vehicle size
From a small van for an envelope to a 13.6 m trailer. Choose it yourself, or tell us the cargo and we match the vehicle.

Pick-up time
“As soon as possible” means a vehicle at your ramp from 60 minutes. Planned pick-ups are usually cheaper.

Yes. The price you confirm is the price on the invoice — fuel, tolls and standard loading time are already included. It only changes if the cargo, the addresses or the dates change, and we tell you before anything moves.
Pick-up and delivery postcodes, the date, the weight and the dimensions or number of pallets. For ADR or temperature-controlled cargo add the UN number or the required temperature range. A photo of the cargo helps too.
Yes. We work with ADR-certified drivers for classes 1–9 and with reefer trailers from −25 °C to +25 °C. Each load gets its own vehicle and paperwork, so one never waits for the other.
You get a live GPS link as soon as the vehicle is on its way, plus status updates at loading and unloading. Your manager is reachable by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail the whole time, and the e-POD with photos arrives right after delivery.
Every load travels with CMR insurance and cargo cover up to €500,000. Report the damage on the delivery note, send us photos, and we handle the claim with the insurer — you do not chase anyone.
Both. Most customers start with a single urgent shipment. If you move goods regularly, we set up a fixed lane with agreed tariffs, the same drivers and monthly invoicing — no minimum volume and no long-term contract.
