Dangerous goods,
documented right.

How ADR transport works

Paperwork first.
Then the truck.

Send us the UN number and the safety data sheet. We classify the load, prepare the transport documents and check them before a truck is booked.

Certified drivers and equipped vehicles for all ADR classes 1–9 — from single drums to full loads.

From call to delivery

What happens after
you press “Order”.

Times are typical for Poland and Germany during working hours. At night and on weekends add 30–60 minutes for pick-up.

  1. Request

You send the route and the cargo through the calculator, by phone or WhatsApp.

  2. Fixed price

A dispatcher confirms the price and the vehicle in writing. You approve with one click.

  3. Pick-up

The driver arrives at your ramp. You get the GPS link and the driver’s phone number.

  4. Delivery & POD

Direct delivery. Photo proof and signed CMR in your inbox within minutes.

Always included

What the price
already covers.

  • Driver and vehicle for the whole run
  • Fuel, tolls and ferry costs
  • 60 minutes loading and 60 minutes unloading
  • CMR insurance up to the legal limit
  • Live GPS link and status updates
  • Photo proof of delivery and e-POD

Median first reply is 11 minutes, day or night. After 20:00 you still get a dispatcher, not an auto-responder — that is the whole point of a 24/7 desk.

Yes. The price you confirm is the price on the invoice — fuel, tolls and standard loading time are already included. It only changes if the cargo, the addresses or the dates change, and we tell you before anything moves.

Pick-up and delivery postcodes, the date, the weight and the dimensions or number of pallets. For ADR or temperature-controlled cargo add the UN number or the required temperature range. A photo of the cargo helps too.

Yes. We work with ADR-certified drivers for classes 1–9 and with reefer trailers from −25 °C to +25 °C. Each load gets its own vehicle and paperwork, so one never waits for the other.

You get a live GPS link as soon as the vehicle is on its way, plus status updates at loading and unloading. Your manager is reachable by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail the whole time, and the e-POD with photos arrives right after delivery.

Something urgent right now?

Send the postcodes and the weight. A dispatcher answers in about 11 minutes — day or night.
